Important Clarification: Drop~Down.online is a tool that allows users to download videos from third-party platforms. We:

• DO NOT create or own the content users download
• DO NOT have control over content on third-party platforms
• Act as a technical service provider only

All content is hosted by and remains on the original platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.). We simply provide a download link to content that is already publicly accessible.

• Take reasonable steps to prevent further downloads if within our technical capability
• Forward the notice to the relevant third-party platform
• Respond to you within 7 business days
• Keep a record of the notice as required by law

If you believe content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email
2. Identification of the material and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Consent to jurisdiction of federal court
5. Your physical or electronic signature

5. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating access to our service for users who are repeat copyright infringers. This includes:

• Users who receive multiple valid DMCA complaints
• Users who repeatedly download copyrighted content without authorization
• Users who abuse the service for commercial copyright infringement

6. False Claims

Warning: Filing a false DMCA notice is illegal and may result in:

• Liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees)
• Criminal penalties for perjury
• Legal action by affected parties

Please ensure your claim is accurate and made in good faith.

7. Limitations

Please understand that:

• We cannot remove content from third-party platforms
• We cannot guarantee that content won't be re-uploaded
• Technical limitations may affect our ability to block specific content
• Content may still be accessible through other means or services

8. Safe Harbor

Drop~Down.online operates under the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) as a service provider that:

• Does not host infringing material
• Has no actual knowledge of infringement
• Does not receive financial benefit directly attributable to infringement
• Responds expeditiously to infringement notices
• Has a designated agent for receiving notices
